These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Hey Dani Creative, LLC. ("Company," “me,” “I,” or “my”), concerning how and why I might reward you with an incentive ("reward") for referring my custom services (“services”) on my website (“site”), to someone you know who could benefit from my services and work with me. By referring my services, you warrant to me that you are over 18 years of age.

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions go along with my Terms & Conditions, and Policies. You are agreeing to accept all parts of these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and Hey Dani Creative’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. Thus, if you do not agree to the Terms, stop now and do not access or use this website.

reward incentives

A referral is one of the best compliments I can receive. I want to show thanks by giving you $100 as a way of saying thank you. All prices on the website and reward payments are in United States Dollar ($USD).

 Here’s how it works:

  1. Refer my custom services to someone you may or may not know who could benefit in their life and business.

  2. Have them fill out my Client Application Form and be sure to have them enter your name as the ‘referrer’ (as long as they do this before the contract is signed, you will get credit).

  3. If the project moves forward, I will let you know that your referral has made a deposit and confirm your upcoming commission reward.

  4. After the final invoice is paid, I will send you $100 USD via Paypal.

Requirements

Commission rewards are only applicable for new clients that complete one of my custom services at full or more price.

The referral must be a new client with a purchase minimum of $1,200 USD. There is no limit on how many clients you may refer. Your name must be referenced on the Client Application before the contract signing.

You must have access to Paypal to collect your reward money.

You must know me or have worked with me in the past. You can’t share about something you know nothing about.
